Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every piece of jewelry you purchase from us. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may handle it in accordance with our return and exchange policy below.
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be in their original, unused condition, unworn, and free from any damage or signs of wear.

Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging (such as jewelry boxes, warranty cards, certificates, etc.).

Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom-made or personalized jewelry (including engraved or resized pieces)

Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

Gift cards

Discounted / clearance items (items purchased during promotions or marked as “Final Sale”)
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to Return

Contact Us: Email us at identifygems2014@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Await Confirmation: We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Ship the Item: After receiving confirmation, ship the item to the return address provided. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. (Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.)
Exchange Policy
Eligible items may be exchanged under the same conditions as returns (unused, in original condition, with all packaging). Final Sale items are not eligible for exchanges.
How to Exchange

Contact Us: Email identifygems2014@gmail.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and the item details you would like instead (e.g., size, style).

Await Confirmation: We will confirm within 1–2 business days.

Ship the Item: Once confirmed, send the original item back. Exchange shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Processing: After receiving the returned item, we will ship the replacement within 7 business days and provide tracking.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at identifygems2014@gmail.com, including photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or repair promptly.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item is inspected, you will be notified via email of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are issued within 10 business days.
If you do not receive your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at identifygems2014@gmail.com.
